Well, it's getting harder and harder to resist buying everything baby in sight. Now that the nursery is painted, the furniture purchased, and the gender determined, I am going bonkers just sitting around waiting for the baby to arrive. I have calmed myself by surfing various baby sites on the internet, but there's just nothing like walking into a store and seeing row after row of tiny shirts, booties, and onesies...ah.Right now there are only two baby shirts hanging in our son's closet. Everyone keeps assuring me that we will get TONS of clothes at our shower - and that the baby will probably only wear each outfit once or twice (at most). And then there's the inevitable spit-up that will grace my collection of tiny outfits - making those adorable white onesies turn into nasty stained piles of laundry. Well, for now, I'm going to relish in the fantasy that I will soon have a stocked baby closet of blues, greens, yellows, and whites. All hanging so peacefully by tiny hangers.
Whitney, cute blog! It is very hard to hold off on the baby clothes...especially when they are just so darn tiny and cute. Baby Boy Coleman will be here before you know it though!
